One of Ibiza’s most well-known boutique wineries, Ibizkus is famed for making premium rosé, red and white wines using local grape varieties including Monastrell and Malvasia. Its most famous drop is probably the pale pink Ibizkus rosé, which tastes best with Balearic sea views and your toes in the sand. Don’t take our word for it though, head to the Santa Eulalia winery for a tasting session on its alfresco terrace, where wines are paired with traditional Spanish delicacies.

As well as specialising in a range of delicious, ecological wine, Can Rich also boasts a range of other typical Balearic products in its arsenal, including sparkling wines, Ibicencan liqueurs, olive oil, vinegar and famously, salt, which makes the perfect souvenir to take home in your suitcase.
