Every valuation we carry out is double checked with other partners.

This service forms part of our exclusive sales service as real estate agents, but can also be ordered independently for a separate fee. Share your property - a new concept for Ibiza

Enabling co-ownership

We enable customers to buy and co-own a beautiful second (or third) home to align with their capital and running costs, depending on the amount of time they actually use their Ibizan villa or luxury home. All aspects of the home are managed on customers’ behalf, so that they’re able to enjoy a carefree ownership experience.

True ownership

Our homes are curated, unique and set in beautiful locations. From properties skirting a picturesque Cala to homes within the historic walls of Eivissa town with views of Formentera, we can source anything on their behalf. We then permit customers to purchase 1/8 to 1/2 of the home in 1/8th increments. Each 1/8th share gives its owner 45 days exclusive use of their home. This is true ownership with the potential for capital appreciation.

Dedicated companies

Our estate agency creates a dedicated company for each home and customers own their share of the home through that company. Each home is co-owned by two to eight owners. We do not retain any ownership once all shares are sold

Administrative and legal services

We handle all administrative and operational aspects of the home and the company. From the purchase, legal work, refreshing and decorating of the home to the day-to-day management including cleaning, gardening, maintenance, repairs, utilities, insurances and taxes in collaboration with our external partners. The running costs of the home are shared among the owners in proportion to their ownership.

One point of contact

Customers do not need to engage with other owners in relation to the management or scheduling of the home.

Easy scheduling

We handle all administrative and operational aspects of the home and the Stays can be scheduled through our online system, which is designed to ensure equitable access to the home for all owners, especially during peak seasons.

Selling shares

Customers can sell shares on the open market anytime from 12 months after the purchase, in the same way as a regular, fully owned home. We are here to support you in this process together with our agent real estate partners.
