Real Estate Consulting

Our independent consulting service can be invoiced at an hourly rate. Both vendors and buyers are welcome to benefit from our experience and expertise in the field of market valuations, marketing strategies, legal issues, building feasibility and contractual obligations. This service can be offered independently.

Exclusive search mandate

We offer our clients a complete monitoring of the real estate market in Ibiza. We hope to have the right property for you in our portfolio, but if not, we have an extensive network of collaborators with whom we have had a proven and professional relationship in the past. Working in this way enables us to find the right property for the right client.

We will initially conduct a meticulous analysis of your needs and demands. You will then be appointed a partner who will coordinate the searching process. All proposed properties will be previewed and legally checked prior to a viewing.

Legal Services

We are not a law firm, but due to our vast experience within the property market we are able to draw from an extensive pool of professionals. We work with the best law firms, tax advisers and architects. We can manage introductions, onsite meetings, accompaniment to appointments and the entire operation of the process.


Market Valuation

We offer a professional market valuation carried out by one of the partners. We use the most efficient method for valuing residential properties by obtaining information concerning comparable recent sales, the legal circumstances of your property, the current market situation and our years of experience in Ibiza. Every valuation is double checked with the other partners.

This service is part of our exclusive sales service, but can also be ordered independently for a separate fee. For example, if you want to get a feeling for the value of your property to decide whether to sell or not. For a buyer this could be of interest if you have found your property already but you are not sure about the price situation, before going into negotiation.

Exclusive sales as lead agency

Most vendors wonder if they should give their property to several agencies in order to cover the whole market. We can offer our clients an exclusive sales mandate as the lead agency. According to the type of property we will offer it to a network of selected agencies with whom we have successfully cooperated in the past.
