Properties with air conditioning -keep a cool head
Although Ibiza is known for its consistent temperatures, air conditioning is still a property feature that you will soon learn to appreciate. In the hot summer months, houses – especially modern ones – heat up very quickly. Even in the mornings, you may find the high temperatures and humidity oppressive, especially if you have to stay indoors. In such cases, air conditioning is a welcome feature.
Air conditioning on hot summer nights
Air conditioning is especially welcome during Ibiza’s hot, sticky summer nights, when the temperatures do not tend to fall significantly.
Air conditioning in winter
In the winter, however, the tide turns, because although the temperature rarely drops below 15°C during the day and 8°C at night, it can feel quite fresh and damp. This is due to the proximity of the sea, of course, which is responsible for the damp, humid climate. An air conditioning system that regulates temperature and humidity will be helpful during this time, and not something you want to be without.
