We would be interested to hear from you if you are looking to rent your property for short term holiday rentals, season rentals or for longer term annual rentals.
With 2 Ibiza offices and staff who live on the island and with over 10 years‘ experience of renting properties, you can be confident we can help you.
We look to carefully match the properties with the needs of our clients. When a guest selects a property we will confirm the availability, rental terms and co-ordinate the necessary paperwork and payments. We take care of the contracts, damages deposits and the check-in and check-outs. For holiday rentals a 50% deposit is made to secure the booking with the balance due one month before the arrival date. We do not charge to advertise with us and we work on rental commission up to a maximum of 20%. For annual and season rentals the commissions are normally payable by the rental clients at 10%.

We work with clients from all over the world and we offer a concierge service to look after any additional requirements.
