Après avoir étudié français à Paris à l’Alliance Française, Philip avait ensuite diverses positions directoriales dans les années 1990, dans l’industrie du marketing & ventes à Londres, en incluant des projets avec IPC Publications & The Covent Garden General Store Company.

Pendant la fin des années 90 il a dirigé un cable broking entreprise pour une société basée à Jersey dans les Îles Anglo-Normandes, en agissant fondamentalement comme les agents de fabrications de la part des compagnies partout dans l’Europe, le Moyen-Orient et l’Afrique. Après un déménagement à Ibiza pour des raisons personnelles, il rejoint Engel & Völkers comme agent immobilier en 2005. Ici, il a construit une connaissance solide de l’île et fait des nombreux contacts professionnels. En 2012, il a établi Gould Heinz & Lang Property Consultants Ibiza S.L. avec ses partenaires.

Vivien Lancellotti vit à Ibiza depuis 2002 et fait partie de l’entreprise depuis 2013. Pendant cette période, travaillant comme chef de bureau et créatrice de contenu, elle a acquis un vif amour et intérêt pour la propriété et sa dynamique unique dans notre maison choisie. Vivien est née au Brésil et a grandi à Singapour. Avec une formation en langues et en arts de la guérison, elle apporte une touche chaleureuse aux communications et valorise l’harmonie et l’intégrité comme fondements du travail d’équipe.

Irish born Mary McDonald is a natural connector and curator. When it comes to real estate she knows how to connect her buyers to the right properties and help them curate a lifestyle in the Mediterranean. She excels at her passion with the perfect backdrop here on the white island.

Prior to Ibiza Mary lived in New York from the early 1990’s working in finance on Wall Street and her last decade was spent being a successful real estate broker. Mary moved to Ibiza in 2019 taking some time out before joining our team in 2021. We are excited to have her energy and passion added to the GHL team.

With the majority of Annalli’s career encompassing a variety of private international clients, she knows the UHNW world inside out.
Developing a skill set over the years in project, event management, administration, team cohesion and networking, she is well accustom to supporting CEO’s, founders and private individuals in every aspect of their busy lives.
Based out of London for many years, she would travel between Ibiza and Switzerland with clients, but more recently she has decided to make the change and based herself in Ibiza all year round.
