With parkland around it and the sea to the front - yet is excellently located for all amenities including a Michelin guide restaurant at the top of the road, a great paella restaurant 2 minutes away and Santa Eulalia, one of the best towns on the island, also just 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk up the road. There are great coastal walks towards Santa Eulalia and Es Canar, and the town of Santa Eulalia buzzes in the summer and remains mostly open during the winter too.

Located 2 minutes walk to a lovely beach Cala Pada to the left and a few minutes to Nui Blau to the right, both have chiringuitos (beach bars) where you can eat under the stars with the sound of the waves lapping close-by. walking distance are beach restaurants, water sports, Nikki Beach, ME Hotel Ibiza, ferry trips, a wonderful a bbq restaurant for great meats and another locals’ favourite, Can Pep Salvador, for a paella to eat there or to be brought home to enjoy. And only a 2 minute drive to a fully stocked supermarket and a 4 minute drive to Santa Eulalia, a vibrant local marina town that buzzes in the summer but remains open during the winter too.
