Located on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia, the villa is a short walk to both Cala Pada, Niu Blau, Sragamassa and Cala Martina beaches.  In the last two years a number of chillout bars and trendy restaurants such as Babylon Beach Club and Niki Beach have opened up in the vicinity and so the villa enjoys the perfect combination of being quiet and peaceful but still close to the action. Ibiza town and the airport are a 25 minute drive. The quiet tourist town of Santa Eulalia is just a five minute drive, where you can easily access ferries to other Ibiza towns and beaches. Ibiza Town 15 minutes. Santa Eulalia 5 minutes. Roca Llisa Golf Club 10 minutes. Airport 25 minutes.
