- There are 2 bedrooms with satellite TV and air-conditioning, each with their own bathroom.
- There is a separate bathroom with bathtub and a small living room with satellite TV.
Main house first floor:
- On the first floor of the house there are 2 double bedrooms.
- One of the annexes of the house consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
- The other annex of the house has another living room with satellite TV and open kitchen and there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The villa boasts a large Mediterranean garden with beautiful flowers and a wide variety of plants, cacti and palm trees. There are several terraces to relax or to eat, a professional barbecue and naturally, a large private pool. There also is a table tennis table, and a large indoor and outdoor space for yoga or fitness, and direct access to beautiful walks and cycle paths in nature.
All the beautiful beaches of the north-east coast of the island are within a radius of 10 km and Ibiza Town is a 20 minutes' drive by car. Atzaro, Las Dalias Hippy Market and San Carlos are all just a 5-10-minute drive away. Set within traditionally terraced gardens consisting of olive and citrus trees, large rolling grass lawns and secluded gazebos with daybeds.
