A beautifully restored finca situated on the east side of the island midway between Ibiza Town and Santa Eulalia. Set in extensive grounds surrounded by woodland, its slightly elevated position offers wonderful views over the countryside toward the hills in the north.
The house has been completely modernised - the result is a luxurious yet laid-back, comfortable home which is perfect for one or two families holidaying together.
At the heart of the house is the living/dining area with open fireplace, dining table and semi open kitchen with breakfast bar. French doors lead out to a large covered dining terrace and barbecue area and comfy outdoor furnishings.
At the other end of the property is a second living room with lots of comfortable sofas, open fireplace, large TV and a sound system.
The master bedroom is on the top floor and has its own private bathroom with bath-tub and separate shower, roof terrace and chill-out area. Downstairs are four more double bedrooms two of which have en-suite bathrooms and one which can be made up as a twin. The sixth bedroom is a smaller twin room which opens onto a terrace. All rooms are with outdie access to terraces.
There is a large salt water pool flanked by a terrace furnished with sun beds and a corner seating area. Several more terraces and a patio around the exterior of the house provide plenty of quiet corners to relax and enjoy the Ibizan sunshine. There is a large grassed garden area for football and badminton, and a ping pong table near the pool, plus we have a trampoline, boules, darts and a large selection of board games, plus 7 acres of forest to run around in.
Air-conditioned, has WiFi internet access, Satellite TV, sound system and LED lighting around the pool.
The property is alarmed, has electric gates and is completely enclosed. There is private parking within the grounds.
