and is not overlooked by anyone. Surrounded on 3 sides by pine
forest, with 80.000 m² of its own farmland, the house offers an
oasis of calm. There is a distant Sea view of the Bay of San
Antonio, and the hills of Sant Josep in the background. This is a
spacious, well appointed and extremely comfortable house with
plenty of entertaining areas both indoors and of course around the
magnificent pool area. A brilliant combination of the old
finca-style property with modern touches set in a beautiful
location with all-day sun and lovely cooling breezes coming up the

This is a spacious house that will comfortably sleep 12 people .
There is 1 large indoor living room, an old mill which is a second quiet living room & 3 large outdoor lounge spaces, with two fully equipped outside dining areas.
There is parking for at least 10 cars.
It would be an excellent place to host a party or wedding - the communal areas can cater for way more than 12 guests.
The house has been in the same family for most of its 350 existence, so great care has been made to honour the heritage of the family, the house & Ibizan traditional style. At the same time, there is a blend of the antique with modern functionalism, so it is a stylish and practical place.
Availability & Services
Can Frare offers a daily cleaning service. We can also provide a cook, a driver, massage therapists, beauticians, babysitters, boat or bike hire - in fact most services that might be needed, on request.
The owners are extremely knowledgeable about the island and Are happy to help wherever possible to ensure our clients have a fantastic experience.
