SAFETY

This villa in difference to other high-end property, NEVER had any security incident over the last 12 years. This is due to the high location of the property on top of a mountain with its own single street access, secluded with 2 gates, the 24-hour presence of the housekeeper and gardener, 3 large dogs and alarm system connected with the police and an alarm company.

The staff live on the property and are available 24 hours for the service of the guests.

The villas are offered for rent all year round on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday only), including inside and outside furniture, antique lamps, fabrics, art and electronics. An inventory list needs to be signed at

check-in and a security deposit of 5000 Euro is required.
The property is not available for events such as weddings or birthday parties
